To use, simply add a generous scoop of Muscle Soak to your warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes.
Our Muscle Balm is a nourishing blend of Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil and essential oils of Lavender, Chamomile and Majoram. This rich, creamy balm is perfect for massaging into sore, achy muscles and joints, providing targeted relief and comfort. Apply a small amount of balm onto the affected area and massage gently.
Our Target Treatment oil is a potent blend of Sweet Almond Oil, Lavender, Lemongrass and Rosemary essential oils, designed to penetrate deeply into the skin and provide powerful relief from pain and inflammation. Use this oil to target specific areas of soreness or tension, or as a general massage oil to help ease muscle stiffness and promote relaxation.

This plastic requires only a fraction of the energy needed to produce steel from iron ore, making it a more sustainable choice. All of our other products are in glass containers but have chosen the best quality plastic for specific products that glass may not be the safest option, such as in the shower & bath. Additionally, we are committed to promoting the reuse of our packaging by offering refills for our plastic and glass containers. By choosing our products, you can feel good about using high-quality, eco-friendly products that are safe for you and the environment.

Our products are made with 100% natural ingredients, which means they may need extra care when storing them. For example, our butters may melt if exposed to direct sunlight or warm environments and our salts may become clumpy if exposed to moisture, and when using oils please ensure to clean the top of the bottle, under the pipette cap to prevent leakage.
Additionally, because our products do not contain chemicals such as stabilisers and preservatives, they may feel different on the skin compared to more widely available products. If you have any issues with our products, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to assist you.
